Robert Rigby was elected to represent the Bromham Ward following the 2023 Borough elections, alongside his running mate Councillor Dylan Simmons. He was later selected to join the executive as the Portfolio Holder for Valuing Families: Adult Services.

Robert bring with him a wealth of practical small business experience from his family hairdressing businesses in Bedford. His work focuses on being the link between the people and Parish Councils of Bromham and the Borough Council, helping resolve problems, finding funding and promoting the villages’ needs and issues.

He currently sits on the Audit Committee, Bedfordshire Local Pension Board, Executive, Health and Wellbeing Board, Housing Committee, Rural Affairs Committee.
